Review : jWIN 7″ LCD Portable Multimedia Tablet Style DVD Player with iPod Video Cradle

My son played this almost every day in the car for 15 months before it started not to work so well. I have found that most portable DVD players hardly measure up to this. I love the menu button to skip to the credits that some portable DVD players don’t have. I just my ordered my 2nd one after paying for an RCA that only worked a month-thankfully I was able to return and use the $ to order another ILUV>

Review : jWIN JDVD760 7-Inch TFT-LCD Portable DVD Player

This is one of the best products I’ve treated myself to. Before I purchased this portable DVD player I had to be sure that it played DVDs and CDs that I’ve burned myself. I make a lot of DVDs with family pictures and music, and it plays all of them. It also plays CDs that I’ve burned myself. The size of the 7 inch widescreen is just fine. There are setup controls to change the aspect ratio as needed. You can have a widescreen or have a perfectly square screen with black bars on the sides. It comes with a plug which will charge up the player so you can use it without a plug and “go portable”. I particularly enjoy this player for the times when I am watching my sleeping son, but want to relax on the couch and enjoy a DVD without making noise. I plug in my headphones and am quietly entertained. Included with the player are the following accessories: Plug (for just using it plugged in, and simultaenously charging it up for portable use), car adaptor, remote and audio/video cable for hooking it up to watch it on your regular television. I have a combo VCR/DVD player, but the DVD part is broken. There are jacks in the front of the VCR for the yellow, white and red plugs. So, I hooked up the included cable from the JWIN portable DVD player to the jacks on my VCR and I was able to view my DVD on the television again-it was great! The price tag on this item was but it happened to be on sale at CH Martin for .99, so I grabbed it. I think for the features and accessories and wonderful picture and sound, it was a great value. I highly recommend it. It fits beautifully in the Targus Portable DVD bag for up to 10 inch DVD players. I can fit all the accessories plus my headphones in the bag.
